Zartman Construction built a two-story addition for a local manufacturer, which added 8,184 square feet to their space.
The design-build project includes poured concrete floors, masonry bearing walls and fire-rated walls separating the addition from the existing facility.
The building includes new office space, a chairlift, a conference room, three restrooms and forty offices.
