Zartman Construction renovated the car dealership after a flood heavily damaged the offices and showroom area. The repairs utilized CMU walls coated with Dryvit’s Stone Mist System on the interior.
A design-build approach was utilized for the repairs and involved the work of our internal drafting and engineering departments, ultimately providing a cost effective building solution for the owner.
An acrylic panel tower with two EIFS parapet wings was also built for a facade uplift.
