DeWitt Building

Zartman Construction renovated the historic DeWitt Building for Bucknell University.
Before Renovations
The 10,111 square foot project included demolition of a large portion of the existing building. The remaining portion of the building was gutted and renovated.
A 20 foot by 20 foot three story addition was built to add a stair tower and elevator access to all floors.
New three-phase electrical service and distribution was added the building, along with new HVAC and plumbing.
