Candlewood Suites

Zartman Construction constructed a 26,000 square foot addition of the hotel.
The addition added 42 rooms and an indoor pool to the facility.
The project was a wood framed unit with asphalt shingles and dryvit exterior. Aluminum windows were installed in the pool area with some structural steel. The pool area also included shot-crete.
Each suite included a microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal, television, dishwasher and cooktop which were installed by Zartman.
