Zartman Construction constructed a 2,288 square foot retail facility in four months.
The design-build project was designed to meet the criteria set forth by both corporate Dunkin’ Donuts and the franchise owner.
The facility has a poured concrete floor which was ground, stained and then polished for a unique effect. An on-demand water heart, white EPDM roofing, a R-53 roof construction system, a heated air curtain at the drive-thru and a large movable rack storage system were installed. High efficiency lighting and signs were also installed.
