Zartman Construction constructed a 2,700 square foot banking facility.
The lot had been vacant for several years after the original homes were demolished and the established storm water system created design challenges in both building height and parking lot slope.
The building is wood frame construction with a brick exterior. Inside there are offices, a kitchenette and a boardroom along with the oak teller line and check station.
New sidewalks and curbs were also added to the facility.
