Zartman Construction renovated the old Yorktown Pools building into a new medical marijuana dispensary for Green Thumb Industries.
The transformation of the 3,200 square foot space took just over three months to complete.
Zartman coordinated all activities from the demolition to finishes. Zartman self-performed selective demolition, foundation excavation, concrete foundations, concrete slabs, miscellaneous metals, rough carpentry and FFE assembly and installation.
The dispensary has a reception/waiting area, a consultation area, a retail space and an employee lounge area.
