Rusty Rail Brewery

Zartman Construction participated in the renovation of a 1911 industrial manufacturing building into a new brew pub. The 20,000 square foot space includes a brew pub, dining area, on-site micro-brewery, two commercial kitchens, two bar areas, a stage for live performances and an exterior beer garden.
The project included structural improvements to wood beams and columns, restoration to wood flooring, a new elevator, new partitions, doors and hardware, painting, ceramic tile, new post and beam construction and electrical and HVAC improvements.
