Zartman Construction retrofit the former Beyer Paint and Wallpaper store into a new retail space.

The project was primarily exterior work, including sitework, demolition, masonry, storefronts and carpentry. The inside was renovated by changing walls and ceilings to a new floor plan. The outside was painted and a new sign rounded out the project.
