Weis #915 Office Addition

Zartman Construction transformed former warehouse space into offices, conference rooms and lab space to expand the Weis Markets corporate office.
This renovation included closing up existing dock bay doors, with some becoming storefront windowed sitting areas and others covered with artistic decor panels.
Additionally, the entire roof over the space was removed to the bar joists and a new sloped rubber roof was installed.
New HVAC units and controls, communication wiring, fire suppression and monitoring systems were integrated into the existing systems as well.
