Zartman Construction completely renovated the 55,500 square foot grocery store. The project also included adding a small addition to the back of the store, which added a new compactor dock and vendor receiving area. The sales floor was also expanded by approximately 8,500 square feet.
The existing front walkway and canopy were completely removed and a new wall was constructed ten feet out from the existing location. A new porch roof was added to the entire building and four new entry towers were built.
The parking lot was also regraded and new stamped asphalt laid down.
