Zartman Project wins Excellence in Design Award

Zartman Construction is honored to have received a second place award in the American Buildings Excellence in Design competition in the Warehouse/Distribution category this year.

Zartman’s Marsh Road Real Estate project in Milton won the award.

Zartman built the 80,000 square feet warehouse in under six months. Zartman team members completed all footings, foundations, and slabs. The metal building envelope and dock doors were also installed by Zartman. The distribution facility includes two enclosed, finished office spaces.

The Excellence in Design competition showcases inspiring new designs that illustrate the many ways metal building systems can meet varying construction needs, regardless of size or complexity.
